PROJECT: The association “Dla Ziemi” aims to help refugees and children from the neighborhood. A major task of the association is to change the public opinion of people towards refugees and to make the general public more open-minded towards refugees. For the children in the neighborhood, a kindergarten group was founded, whose educational style is based on the guiding principles of forest pedagogy. Workshops are also offered for the parents. The work site is located in a private forest plot. The volunteers will work technically, socially and ecologically. Tasks may include collecting wood, working in the vegetable garden, and building a wooden hut. During the camp, volunteers will also visit other refugee centers in Poland.
WORK: carpentry, gardening and landscaping, general renovation work.
