PROJECT: The charitable foundation “Caritas der Diözese Sambir-Drohobych”, founded in 1994 by the Greek Catholic Church, helps people of all denominations. It supports drug addicts, children from disadvantaged families, people with disabilities and victims of human trafficking and domestic violence. An important area of work is helping the homeless. The Ukrainian state had given the foundation in Dobrivljany an old military base in dilapidated condition for use. Since 2009, the project “Our House/Nasha Khata” has been located there, a refuge for homeless people who are cared for and accompanied here. Bauorden has been supporting this project for several years. This year another building of the social centre in the centre of Drohobych will be renovated.
WORK: Putty works, plastering, painting, demolition works.
