PROJECT: In the 1980s, the Wienebüttel estate, which had stood empty for a long time and was left to decay, was rented and renovated by a support organisation. Since 1988, cultural events, organized by the “Kulturforum Lüneburg”, have been held at Gut Wienebüttel. During the last three years, intensive work has been carried out on the maintenance of the facility. The construction project also includes many measures in the outdoor area. A footpath will be built in the construction camp, the facades will be provided with facade protection, the basement walls will be renovated, water drains will be constructed and a floor cable channel will be installed.
WORK: Painting, ground work, masonry work and general renovation work.
