PROJECT: The ‘Olgashof’ is a living and working community near Wismar. Fourteen adults and nine children live here together across generations in a large manor house and some outbuildings on a spacious site. What is important here is a non-hierarchical and appreciative coexistence. There are several workshops, an architectural office and a conference house on the site. The Bauorden has been supporting various projects on the ‘Olgashof’ for over ten years. In 2019 the manor house was extended by one storey. In the construction camps, the interior construction of the new floor and fire protection measures are planned. The roof of one of the warehouses will have to be renewed, and minor work is also planned on the school building and the conference house.
WORK: Interior work, carpentry work, attic work, fire protection measures.
