PROJECT: Langenberg Castle is located on the Franco-German border, directly in Alsace. The castle, as it can be seen today, dates from the 18th century. The association “Association Langenberg” has the aim to establish an ecological project according to the permaculture guidelines. It should be a cross-border and intergenerational living and working project. In addition to the planned construction measures in the castle and during the construction of the houses an ecological camping site is to be created. In addition, a fruit- & vegetable garden according to PK principlesn should be built, as well as work on the riding stables.
WORK: Construction of straw bale houses, clay plaster, landscape conservation, general renovation work.
