- Wenn Sie vor dem bewaffneten Konflikt in der Ukraine fliehen, werden Sie in Polen aufgenommen.
- Wenn Sie keinen Aufenthaltsort in Polen haben, gehen Sie zur nächsten Aufnahmestelle.
- An der Rezeption: Sie erhalten weitere Informationen zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in Polen, wir stellen Ihnen eine vorübergehende Unterkunft in Polen zur Verfügung, Sie erhalten eine warme Mahlzeit, ein Getränk, eine medizinische Grundversorgung und einen Platz zum Ausruhen.
- Wenn Sie aus einem bewaffneten Konflikt in der Ukraine fliehen, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, dass Sie keine Dokumente haben, die Ihnen die Einreise nach Polen erlauben. Sie werden in Polen aufgenommen. Nehmen Sie die wichtigsten Dokumente mit – Inlandspass, ausländischer Pass (falls vorhanden), Geburtsurkunden der mitreisenden Kinder, ärztliche Unterlagen.
- Grenzübergänge können auch zu Fuß überquert werden.
- Wenn Sie bereits in Polen sind, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen über das Ende Ihres legalen Aufenthalts. Wir sorgen dafür, dass Ihr rechtmäßiger Aufenthalt verlängert wird.
- Wenn Sie mit Tieren reisen – Hunde, Katzen, Frettchen müssen einen Mikrochip und eine Impfung haben, der Rest (Nagetiere, Kaninchen, Amphibien, Reptilien, Zierwassertiere, Wirbellose) ohne Einschränkungen, aber die Entscheidung wird beim Grenzübertritt durch die getroffen Nationale Finanzverwaltung.
- Wenn Sie keine Unterkunft in Polen haben, erhalten Sie die notwendigen Informationen an den grenznahen Aufnahmestellen.
- Polen hat keinen Einfluss auf die beim Überschreiten der ukrainischen Grenze geltenden Grenzverfahren.
- Entscheidungen in Bezug auf das transportierte bewegliche Vermögen (z. B. ein Auto) werden von der nationalen Steuerverwaltung beim Grenzübertritt getroffen.

Materials on legalization of residence in Poland
INFORMATION FOR CITIZENS OF UKRAINE
- If you are fleeing the armed conflict in Ukraine, you will be accepted in Poland.
- If you do not have a place of residence in Poland, go to the nearest reception center. At the reception: You will receive more information about your stay in Poland, we will provide you with temporary accommodation in Poland, you will receive a hot meal, a drink, basic medical care and a place to rest.
- If you are fleeing an armed conflict in Ukraine, do not worry that you do not have documents that allow you to enter Poland. You will be admitted to Poland. Take the most important documents with you – domestic passport, foreign passport (if you have one), birth certificates of children traveling with you, medical records. Border crossings can also be crossed on foot.
- If you are already in Poland, don’t worry about the end of your legal stay. We ensure that your lawful stay is extended.
- If you are traveling with animals – dogs, cats, ferrets must be microchipped and vaccinated, the rest (rodents, rabbits, amphibians, reptiles, ornamental aquatic animals, invertebrates) without restrictions, but the decision is made by the National Treasury upon crossing the border.
- If you do not have accommodation in Poland, you will receive the necessary information at the reception centers near the border. Poland has no influence on the border procedures applicable when crossing the Ukrainian border.
- Decisions regarding the transported movable property (e.g. a car) are taken by the national tax administration when crossing the border.
