PROJECT: At the beginning of 2015, the „Weinberg 21“ house project acquired a 200-year-old three-sided farm in Oberpoyritz on the outskirts of Dresden, which has since been renovated and developed into a place of communal living and meeting. On 900 m² of living space, shared and individual flats, guest rooms, a communal kitchen and a seminar room have been created. The 30 residents of the multigenerational house want to live together and in a caring manner, and want to build and manage in a self-organised, ecological and responsible way. The building order helpers support the project with the construction of the outdoor area and the further renovation of the buildings.
WORK: Brick lining of the half-timbering of the entire 1st floor with clay bricks and clay mortar, reworking of the windows, dry wall construction, painting, tiling, woodwork.
