PROJECT: The cooperative Gutshaus Klein Medewege eG has purchased a house in need of renovation, with the goal of building a social-ecological living community with permanent jobs and a cosmopolitan farm culture based on tolerance and diversity. It is a solidarity-based living project, a forest kindergarten has already been completed. The cooperative intends to create a farm on that people could work with joy in the kitchen garden and with animals. Most members of the cooperative intend to live on the Klein Medewege estate and in some cases also work there or set up businesses and/or small trades. With their sustainable way of life, they want to contribute to better world. The community needs support for example in the form of handicraft services. During the construction camps, a partial demolition and a new construction of the “Milchenhaus” will be carried out with the help of the volunteers in the first construction phase.
