Project: The Brotfabrik (“GLASHAUS. Verein der Nutzer der Brotfabrik e.V.”) is a socio-cultural centre with a gallery, cinema, theatre, studio and a pub. The association is converting the 150-year-old shed, which once served as a horse stable and has been used as a gallery since 1991, into a modern gallery with work space for people with and without disabilities. The conversion is intended to gain new space for art courses.
Work: Demolition work, dry construction, roof greening, general renovation work
